SLEEPING DISORDERS 

IF A PERSON IS suffering from depression he will definitely have a very tough time during sleep . It might be possible that a person who cannot sleep is suffering from insomnia but mostly insomnia is not the cause . its mainly depression a depressed person is always overthinking and when you are overthinking , sleeping is a tough job . but ironically if you dont sleep you will never be able to overcome depression . 

AN ALWAYS IRRITATED ATTITUDE . 

AGAIN the overthinking part comes in . just notice in your daily life weather you are depressed or not , if you think about something very deeply and someone says something , or something tends to interrupt  you , you will definitely get irritated . so its the same case with all or rather most depressed person . they are always overthinking and whenever someone says something to them they seem to get irritated . 

HEADACHE 

when you are depressed your eyebrows mostly tend to get srenched which in a long run will definitely result in a strong headache 

HOW CAN WE HEAL OR FIGHT AGAINST DEPRESSION 

DRINKING SUFFICIENT WATER . 


This may be different topic but drinking enough water also helps to reduce depression to a whole different level . depression is actually a sate of mind . a uncomfortable state of mind drinking sufficient water and staying hydrated all the time keeps your body comfortable and helps to reduce the grief in mind .

MUSIC 

listening to music , specially classical music is a mood healer for sure and helps fighting depression  to a whole different level . 

ADDICTION  

most people tend to get addicted in tough times of depression . but addiction is a strict no . health is the 1st priority . addiction may help to get out of depression for a very little time but the after effects will only make it worse . 

MOTIVATION 

IN Depression people get demotivated to a whole different level. so getting motivated is a very good step to get out of it . motivting videos of sandeep maheswari and other people are available in youtube which helps a lot 

GETTING SUFFICIENT SLEEP 

sleeping makes the mind and body fresh and thus helps the mind to go positive and get rid of negative and depressing thoughts . 

HAVE A GOOD COMPANY . 

if you are depressed stay with joyful company they will definetly help you to feel better . .
